TENCEL™ Lyocell
The main component, TENCEL™ Lyocell is biodegradable and certified by the Austrian Lenzing Group, known for its environmentally friendly production processes and use of sustainably sourced wood and pulp.
As an environmentally conscious brand, MONGZE have minimized the burden on the environment for future generations.
- Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase (excluding Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- If there are any changes to the delivery address, date, or time, please notify our customer service via the help center as soon as possible. If changes occur after the shipping process has begun, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date and time. If the recipient is unavailable, a second delivery attempt will be made, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- An additional fee of $10 per flight/floor will be charged if the delivery needs to be made without using an elevator.
- Please provide all necessary delivery instructions at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery. In challenging situations, such as a narrow stairway, delivery may not be possible. If additional manpower or special circumstances are expected, please notify us in advance. Our shipping team reserves the right to cancel the delivery if it is deemed unsafe.
- If the delivered items are shipped incorrectly, please contact our customer service within 14 days, and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost.

※ For exchanges, returns, and refunds due to a change of mind (not product defects), round-trip shipping fees will be incurred, and the customer will be responsible for covering the full amount of these shipping fees.
- Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If you received any free gifts, they should be included for a full refund.
- If the item arrives damaged or in an abnormal condition, please notify us before initiating the return.
- In the case of product damage, please provide three photos within 14 days of delivery:
1. Photo of the outer box
2. Photo of the item inside the box
3. Photo showing the specific damaged area of the item
- Returns without valid reasons due to seller's error may not be eligible for a refund.
- Once the return is received, our logistics center will inspect the returned item. If there are no issues found, a refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that the refund approval process from the payment gateway or card issuer may take some time. If there are any delays, please contact your payment provider.
- Lost items, items that have been altered from their original condition, or items that have been washed are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange
- Exchanges are only possible for items with defects or those damaged during delivery.
- Exchange requests due to a change of mind are not accepted; you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.
